I’m really looking forward to meeting you on the mat and thanks for checking out Fresh Focus Yoga. As with all things, there’s a little bit of house-keeping that I also need to share with you. |By purchasing a class block or single class pass, you are agreeing to Fresh Focus Yoga’s terms and conditions. As such, the following applies to you as the student: I declare that I am physically fit to practice yoga and have informed the yoga instructor of any injuries and/or other information before class. I am 18 years old or over. I understand that yoga classes may be physically strenuous, and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury. | If you have missed a considerable section of the class including the initial warmup, you might not be admitted to the class as this may risk injury. | I understand that Fresh Focus accepts no responsibility for injury. |On occasion, a photograph(s) of the class may be taken for external promotion. Rest assured, I will make every effort to capture these images discreetly, and endeavour to ensure the confidentiality of each student by obscuring identities in the photo. In saying that, I very much respect your privacy and understand that some individuals may prefer not to be photographed. Your comfort and consent are of utmost importance to Fresh Focus Yoga, and therefore if you have any concerns about being photographed or wish to refrain from appearing in promotional materials, please inform the instructor in advance. The photographs taken will solely be used for external promotional purposes via website, social media platforms and flyers. Fresh Focus Yoga do not engage in any commercial use or sell these images to third parties. If you have any injuries or medical conditions that I should know about, please let me know before class either by text or phone call, or in person before class starts.
